For students to participate in our program they must meet the following criteria.

AEEA is an organization dedicated to the success of students. Our schools can help your student on their way to a good academic future. Our excellent high schools provide quality academics and excellent support to assist your student. Whether day school or boarding, AEEA can offer a solid educational experience with the support you need.

AEEA will assist you in the application process. In addition, AEEA will send staff to the high schools for regular visits. We assist in transition and if students need help with class schedules, or need help arranging a tutor, we are there to help.

• Airport Service
       We will make arrangements to make sure your child arrives safely and gets to his host family or dorm.

• Visits at School
       Your child will receive regular visits from our staff. We will send a report on that interview to you, his parents.

• Photos
       To make sure you don’t forget what your son or daughter looks like as an American teenager, we will also send you a photo with each interview session.

• Tutors
       If your student needs help with classwork, we will arrange for a tutor so your student has the help they need.

• Homestay Information
       You will be kept informed of any homestay issues or actions.

For those students who qualify, our partners at the ELCI offer the Head Start to High School program. It allows high scoring students an opportunity to spend 4 to 8 weeks becoming very familiar with American high school vocabulary and classroom behavior.

Does your student need help with English before they enter? For students whose English skills are not quite high enough ELCI offers the High School Preparation program where students work first on Intensive English skills and second on getting ready for High School.
